I am lucky. My kids appear to have my wife’s metabolism and are skinny as a rail. I am not real sure how they stay as thinas they do. It could be that they never walk anywhere. They are always on the run. I will say, that our kids also eat all the time. We have a rule at our house. One junk snack a day then every snack after that has to come from the ground. We always have fresh vegetables and fruits in the fridge and they can eat all those they want. We try really hard to encourage good food habits, but let’s face it, in today’s world it is difficult.

Good morning. I am pretty excited that with just changing my diet habits the pounds are dropping off. I am still exhausted all the time. I am hoping that my energy improves and kicks into high gear soon. It amazes me that just watching my food intake can make such a difference. On my days off, I am going to continue to push myself at the gym. I am going to start off slow and ramp my way up.
