Good Sugars vs Bad Sugars

Are all sugars bad? Well for the most part sugar is sugar. It’s the source and other extra bonus ingredients that make the sugar good -or- bad.

Good Sugars are found in fresh food from Mother Nature. Fruits, vegetables, complex carbohydrates (legumes, whole grain breads / cereals), Natural Sugars, Maple Syrup, Honey Stevia.

Refined or process sugars are where you start having problems. An easy way to eat the “correct” types of sugars to look for things that come from nature. Mother Nature can be difficult at times, but for the most part she has your best interest in mind. Plain and simple, if you can’t find it your natural environment DON’T EAT IT!!.
